Answer:

You can set the VCG for a particular condition to the maximum VCG in two ways:
    
1) If you have already run the MAXVCG command,
    
  VCG = MAX                                                                      
  RA /LIM                                                                        
    
2) Find the maximum VCG for the present condition:
    
  SOLVE MAXVCG                                                                   
  RA /LIM
