Answer:

The ARC command in SE is convenient for making things such as a bilge radius.
First, you have to make a point which is at the intersection of the bottom and
side extended.  Next, with the cursor on that point, press "A" for ARC and
enter the value for the radius.  The original point will then be replaced with
a series of points located on the curve of the arc.
