Proper use of the Model Converter /3D parameter.
Question:
Recently I tried to convert the .GF file to a 3D .DXF file using the following
command
MC inputfile outfile /3d:ltv
and came out with the following error: Improper coordinate remap: LTV.
Answer:
The Model Converter /3D parameter must be given either without any secondary
parameters or with the letters X, Y and Z placed in the l, t and v positions.
For example,
MC ... /3D:ZXY
puts
the GHS Longitudinal axis in place of the DXF Z axis;
the GHS Transverse axis in place of the DXF X axis;
the GHS Vertical axis in place of the DXF Y axis.
