What do "P" and "F" mean in the attained limits.
Question: Why is the attained direction for the limits indicated as "P" when the actual direction of heel is "S" or starboard? Answer: The "P" in the attained limit stands for "Passed". It shows "F" for "Failed" when the attained value is below the limit. This is described in the Command Dictionary under the RA command.
