WEIGHT REPORT /ALL /NOTAB

We heard from John Bonn. He said he has not been reading the COWs recently.
"Too many recycled ones", he said. We had wondered why the sudden silence
from his quarter.
As always, John said he's been super busy, working day and night on a project, which left him zero time for anything else. He said he didn't have time even to wind his watch. He called to ask which command creates a plot (and only a plot) of all the fixed-weights in a load condition. We replied that he might want to do a quick search for "WEIGHT REPORT" in the COW index at www.ghsport.com/cows. The command of course is WEIGHT REPORT /ALL /NOTAB. We thought he would have remembered it because he suggested we make the original version of that COW060 (way back in 2018). If you don't remember either, the command graphically represents the light-ship weight curve. |

John was actually the one who had requested the /NOTAB parameter. He needed a way
to address his one complaint: the long table, which lists all the points in the
weight curve, isn't as attractive to his customers as the plot is.
Since the customer is always right, we added that new parameter for Jonn right away. Please send in your super-easy-to-implement suggestions for new features so we can make a fresh COW for next week. |
