TEMPLATE /FILE (review)

Instead of opening a dialog on screen, the /FILE parameter creates an image of the dialog. This image, like any other, can then be placed in a report file using the NOTE command (see COW012).

| Because the table source is a TEMPLATE which can be assigned colors using a macro, it is possible to color the cells based on the values within. Here is an example showing tank loads in SUBDIVY.GF. |

| So the next time you find yourself spending a lot of time formatting graphics containing data from GHS, ask yourself if the same graphic or something similar could be created directly by GHS instead. Then you can spend your valuable time perfecting the run file, instead of mindlessly formatting graphics. |
