RADIUS (PMX statement)

Part Maker (the newer PMX version) provides the RADIUS statement
for use in a CREATE command as an easy means of making radii on
sections.
For example, a parallel midbody with radiused bilge and deck edge is produced by the following sequence. |

create hull\midbody.c
ends 300f, 300a top 60 bot 0 out 60 radius (2) 2 radius (1) 6 spacing 12 / |
| Note the number in parenthesis which designates the corner point to be replaced by the radius. |

| The same can be done about as easily with Section Editor using the ARC and FILL commands. But there is at least one great advantage to the Part Maker approach which all Part Maker users appreciate when it comes time to make a modification. |
